Support for End Users

Support for both software and hardware are part of our scope as an end-user support organization. This covers software installations, setups, troubleshooting, anti-virus protection, backups, and hardware support. 

Surveys & audits of sites

Our certified engineers are accessible across the world if you need a site, IT inventory or an IT audit, or simply an installation study done. Our specialists are proficient in the use of a variety of survey instruments, including Ekahau, Air magnet, and others.

Networking

Many of the networking devices in our clients’ office buildings and data centers across the world are managed by a dedicated staff of network engineers who are experts in configuration and troubleshooting. It’s up to our clients to decide how much on-site and remote support they need and want.

We address all aspects of support, including hardware, software, and technical assistance. Our labor assistance includes rack and stack, replacement of fans and power supply units (PSUs), addition of modules, as well as break/fix service for various suppliers on the hardware side. 

At all times, our support staff communicates directly with the end user, as well as with our client’s on-site engineer and the project’s sponsor. Following the completion of a task, we offer clients with correctly formatted invoices.
